Jennifer Calhoun is very excited to join the staff at Loud and Clear Music School. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from The University of Akron. Jennifer spent 12 years teaching School Choir, where she loved helping her students grow musically from 6th-12th grade. Now, she spends her days teaching Elementary General Music. Jennifer is really thrilled with the opportunity to work with a new age group. Jennifer believes that music is an essential part of life at any stage. She has a passion for making music a fun and rewarding experience for all the students she teaches. Jennifer is a member of The Singers’ Companye, and of the American Orff-Schulwerk Association. She can sing/teach any style of music, and has extensive knowledge of vocal anatomy, music literacy, and the developing voice.  When she isn’t teaching or singing, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She enjoys playing the ukulele, doing paper crafts, and building Harry Potter Legos.
